The company's equipment configuration is strong. Among them, the 15MW full-process test bench, 6*5m constant temperature drying furnace, Siemens full-voltage test equipment, Henghe bureau discharge instrument and many other equipment of the motor plate are unique to North China, providing good support for the unique competitiveness of our products.
In the motor maintenance, transformation, on-site service business, the company in early 2022 successfully passed the German Siemens industrial motor the highest level of maintenance, service authorization, the company's maintenance, technical strength has been recognized by Siemens. In early February 2022, the maintenance workshop of Tianjin Siemens Motor Factory was moved to our new site. Through close cooperation with Siemens, the company's maintenance quality has reached the top in China, and launched a full-service solution for motors to ensure continuous and stable online operation of motors.
In the manufacturing and maintenance business of rotary seal valves, the company has fully digested and absorbed Japanese drawings, and creatively developed manual grinding process and lining plate non-perforated inlay technology, which makes the sealing cavity pressure easily realize the pressure holding range of 10-18KPa, exceeding all mainstream manufacturers and maintenance companies in China at present, and the service life of rotary seal valves is greatly improved.
