The technical strength of the company's personnel is outstanding. The main founders are all bachelor's degree or above, come from a large state-owned enterprise in Tianjin, and have accumulated a large number of technical and network resources in the mechanical and electrical industry; the front-line operators are all technicians with more than 10 years of working experience; the eight engineers are all graduate students, and carry out technical cooperation with Tianjin universities all the year round.
The company's equipment configuration is strong. Among them, the 15MW full-process test bench, 6*5m constant temperature drying furnace, Siemens full-voltage test equipment, Henghe bureau discharge instrument and many other equipment of the motor plate are unique to North China, providing good support for the unique competitiveness of our products.
